摘要

1. Alkaline surface modification has been investigated to hydrophilically modify PVDF substrates. 2. The dual-layer hollow fiber membrane is the most desirable morphology for the formation of TFC membranes because of its dense outer surface and highly porous inner layer. 3. Silicone rubber coating on the TFC membranes has been proven effectiveness to seal membrane defects and enhance pervaporation performance. 4. This developed membrane has high stabilities against long term operation.
