摘要

The oxidation behavior of different ZrO2 multi-layer coatings, which prepared on 2D Carbon/Carbon composites with the application of plasma-spray and pack cementation processes, was investigated at elevated temperature up to 1650°C in nature flow air. Experimental results showed that the oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance can be enhanced by changing the composition and structure of the coating, and by adding the Al2O3 transitional layer between the SiC ceramic inner layer and ZrO2 thermal barrier layer, simultaneously, by adding SiC inner layer between outer refractory ceramic layer and C/C substrate. The coating with preferable oxidation resistance was manufactured, which was composed of SiC inner barrier layer, Al2O3 transitional layer, ZrO2 thermal barrier layer and glass sealing layer. And the weight lose of coated C/C samples was 0.42% and 15.3% at 1550°C and 1650°C in air, respectively.
