2.5-Gb/s Operation of Monolithically Integrated Eight-Channel WDM Modulator Module with 25-GHz Channel Spacing

We demonstrate an eight-channel WDM modulator module by packaging a monolithic multichannel WDM modulator chip with a 25-GHz spacing AWG, an SOA- and an EAM-array. Successful operation under 2.5-Gb/s signals is achieved.
