摘要

The modern warp-knitting technology allows for the manufacture of multidirectional warp knits with a defined property profile. Particularly with regard to the manufacture of open-faced reinforcement structures, the quality of orientation and yarn distribution within a yarn layer has to be optimized up to the finished product. Based on existing textile technological requirements regarding the multi-axial insertion of yarns during the presentation, a new engineered solution for optimized insertion process will be introduced. The perpetuation of the modeled structural geometry as well as the gentle adjustment of uniform yarn tensions for all inserted yarn layers are the main focus of process optimization.
