This paper proposes to create a Federation able to combine Distributed Simulators devoted to train logistics operator with biomedical equipment in order to identify stress sources and possible improvements in human interfaces; The paper considers the complexity to develop an architecture and a hardware/software architecture for supporting interoperability within this context.
