The values of fee-lattice period and diffraction maxima half-width of titanium and alloy (Ti + 3%Mo) tritide, measured with the help of X-ray structure analysis, at the variation of generated ~3He amount in the range of the a.r. He_(gen)/M = 0.001/0.7, are given in this paper. Assuming that ~3He atoms are sited in octapores of the fee-lattice, helium amount in the octapores was evaluated at a.r. He_(gen)/M < 0.3. The increase of tritide diffraction lines half-width at the initial storage stage is mostly connected with the generation of helium-vacancy complexes. It is shown, that at a.r. He_(gen)/Ti≈0.3, the size of titanium tritide coherent scattering units decreases.
