A Comparison of the Mechanical Properties of Commercially Pure Titanium AN0.80% CARBON-TITANIUM Alloy A 7% MANGANESE-TITANIUM ALLOY together with Some Observations of Microstructure

Results of notched bar impact tests, tensile tests and hardness tests are presented for (l) commercially pure hot forged bar stock, (2) high carbon (0.80%) hot forged plate in the as-forged and the annealed condition, and (3) 7% manganese hot rolled and stabilized plate and warm rolled and stabilized sheet.
