In order to block out the direct rays of the sun, an intelligent blind control system optimally adjusts the slats' angle, and raises/lowers the slats according to the condition of the sun-rays; sun position, sunbeam strength and so on. Window side illumination is influenced by daylight through the window. Then the system adjust the power of window side lighting apparatus to provide only as much luminance according to the predicted illumination on the desks. As energy consumption for lighting is reduced, cooling load caused by heat gain from lighting apparatus can also be reduced, while the indoor heat and light environment is improved at the same time.
