Huangbuling metallogenic area is located at the east margin of Yisu (Tanlu) large fault zone, mid-west part of Zhaolai metallogenic area. Zhaolai metallogenic area pertains to Jiaox-ibei upwarping of Luodong shield of North China platform. Huabuling area underwent all along as uplifting since Neo-Proterozoic, thus only the strata of Quaternary and Palaeo-Prot-erozoic to Neo-Archaeozoic are found. A large area of granite outcropped in this area and the structure is mainly fractures. The outcropped strata are mainly Archaeozoic Jiaodong Group, Lower Proterozoic Fengzishan Group, Upper Proterozoic and Penglai Group. Among them, Jiaodong Group is closely related with gold mineralization. In this area, Granitoid rocks are widespread, comprising Linglong granite, Guojialing porphyritic grano-diorite and Luanjiahe granite, of which Linglong granite has a close relationship with gold mineralization. All the large deposits are occurred in Linglong granite. The structures are well developed in this area. The EW-trending basement represented by Qixia anticlinorium's has constructed the skeleton of geologic structure in this area. It not only controls the occurrence of granite, but also the distribution of gold deposits. The structures of this area may be divided into NE, NW, EW, SN four sets. Gold mineralization is closely related with NE-trending structure.
