Study on the Ore-Controlling Regularity of Southern Section of Zhaoping Fault Zone

Xiadian-Jiangjiayao gold deposits at the southern section of Zhaoping fault zone are controlled by the combination of the occurrence variation of structure, fault gouge, dykes and subsidiary structures. Ore bodies generally situated within the distinct location of alteration zonation, at the variation part from gentle to steep and the foot wall of dykes, with the regularities of plunging to north east, thinning out & re-appearing. According to the regularities mentioned above, we carried out the exploration work, greatly increased the ore - intersected ratio by the exploration engineering, and the new break through of 2nd round prospecting was achieved as well. For Xiadian gold deposit, increased D class gold reserves: 20 t and more; As for Jiangjiayao gold deposit, the D-class gold reserves of approximately 10 t are increased.
