摘要

In order to improve the understanding of the soil-pile interaction under horizontal impact loads, a parametric centrifugal study is undertaken. Flexible piles equipped with pile caps of different masses were impacted at different levels of force with the help of a new ball gun. A modeling of model approach justifies the feasibility of such tests as regard to scale effects. A qualitative analysis of the behavior of the pile is presented, including different loading sequences; constant and cumulative impacts, variable and cumulative ones.
