摘要

Colors are generated by preferential oxidation of color generation elements in coloring hot dip galvanization process, therefore, Situation of temperature field during cooling after finishing hot dip operation effects the results of coloration directly. In this paper, ANSYS/Thermal programming module has been applied to calculate temperature field of static sheet steel. At the same time, convection heat transfer, hidden solidification heat of coating and heat emission during cooling in air are taken into account. The results of experiments indicate that the modeling is reliable.
