In this paper, after analyzing fuzziness of concept in natural language in two aspects, space and time, we represent a fuzzy concept as a set of fuzzy set can be defined by its intentions that are a set of fuzzy predicates. And the degree of membership that a knowledge point belongs to the fuzzy set is the operation result of the predicate values on this knowledge point. In another part, we also discuss a unifier of fuzzy concepts and the hyponymy relation between fuzzy concepts.
