SUPERVISOR TRAINING IS MULTICULTURAL AT WASHINGTON GROUP

摘要

To preserve Washington Group International's quality of service in the mine operations area, the company has established a Supervisor Training Program to provide all levels of supervision with the required skills to meet objectives and guarantee consistent, excellent performance for each of our projects. A need developed to establish this training program internationally. The first international training session was held at the APEX San Cristobal Mine in Bolivia. This paper discusses the program's development, execution, results, and lessons learned with an emphasis on multicultural environments.
