The poster presents a multichannel hybrid amplifier (MHA) combining high-speed operation, low-glitch switching and DC range up to 300MHz of bandwidth specifications. This device conforms with the computer aided industrial measurement systems. To meet the requirements for high reliability, the hybrid technology has been used in the execution of electronic devices constituting the measurement systems. The complete MHA circuit is optimised for driving back-terminated cables. The device consists of a power supply unit, a fixed-gain amplifier, a multiplexer and digital interface logic circuits. The circuit made in the hybrid technology allows improvement of reliability and long-term gain stability of the amplifier in a wide range of ambient temperatures. Test results are enclosed for conventional and hybrid models.
