Acceptance of decisions on the cognitive cards of socially-economic systems

Functioning of socially - economic systems and their interaction with an environment we can't imagine actually as traditional formal quantitative models. It is caused mainly by that fact that such systems are characterized by huge amount of elements and interrelations among them, presence of uncertainty, ambiguity of consequences of these or that decisions. Today realization of management by complex systems and situations has resulted in necessity of creation of systems of support of administrative decisions for conditions of all kinds of the named problems. It is offered to build similar systems on the basis cognitive modelling. Cognitive model is known to be functional graph in which the concepts are basic factors of a situation, and arches are a certain functional dependence among the appropriate basic factors. At the analysis of a concrete situation the person accepting the decision usually knows or assumes, which changes of basic factors are desired for him. After construction such graph models it is necessary to check up, whether this model is adequate to a real situation.
