摘要

The aim of this article is to build an ice plant with stirring water-oil emulsion in an airtight vessel and to investigate performance evaluation for the ice plant. This system is able to make ice slurry without choking in the ice plant and to make a big particle size of ice. When an ice quantity increased in the ice making tube, making ice stopped by adhering of ice on the cooling wall. Then a condition that ice started to adhere on the wall surface was investigated. In consideration of the result, an operating condition of making ice was decided. It was able to make ice continually for 10 hours by supplying emulsion and discharging of ice slurry intermittently. In addition, it was able to make ice particle of a sphere which averaged diameter was 2.7 mm.
