摘要

In this paper fuzzy logic approach to temperature control in a tea withering process is presented. PC based real-time experimental study is conducted to verify the effectiveness of fuzzy logic control in achieving the desired temperature trajectory at tea withering process facilities located at Tea Research Centre, Gambung area. Since there are no good and exact dynamic models of the tea withering temperature process available, fuzzy logic is a viable alternative to this system. Both adaptive and nonadaptive fuzzy logic control are studied and compared with traditional PID controller.
