The development of a highly sensitive and convenient measuring system for hormones is desirable for diagnosis and treatment of disease. For this purpose, the usage of antibodies is effective due to its specificity. Moreover, since the antibodies can be synthesized for all sorts of compounds, the application is unlimited. We have recently been working on the development of highly sensitive amperometric immunosensors. However, the nonspecific adsorption between the antibody and protein reduced the accuracy of the immunosensor. This leads to increase the S/N value, which will interrupt the improvement of the sensor sensitivity.
