Technology Options For Meeting Clean Fuel Targets

摘要

In comparison of China clean fuel standard between China and worldwide fuel charter, there exists great difference. With China jointing in WTO, the clean fuel standard and quality in China will be internationalized. This is a serious challenge to most China refiners. This paper briefly introduces the problems of the China refiners in gasoline and diesel production technology and product quality. This paper focuses describing the FRIPP OCT-M FCC gasoline hydroupgrading process (HDS and decrease olefin) and diesel deep HDS/HDA process for making China refiners to produce clean gasoline and diesel meeting World-wide Fuel Charter Ⅱ～Ⅲ Category so as to offering technology options for China refiners to meet clean fuel targets after 2003.
