摘要

Electrochemical capacitor based on electrolyte system exhibited high power energy density and vast energy storage capability compared to conventional dielectric capacitors. Supercapacitor is considered to be applicable for backup power sources for volatile memory devices and combination with battery. Researches of electrochemical capacitor have been progressed to improve capacity, cycle performance and electrochemical stability.
