Isotactic polypropylene (i-PP) is a semi-crystalline polymer and widely used for industrial and commercial applications due to its good mechanical and physical properties and low cost, however we usually encounter a trade-off between elastic modulus and impact strength, although these properties can be changed by adding inorganic fillers and elastomers (impact modifiers).
