Novel Electrode for Supercapacitors from Carbon Aerogel Composites

摘要

Supercapacitors are energy storage devices, which have a high specific capacitance and long life cycle. They are required in various applications. Among carbon materials, carbon aerogels are promising materials as electrodes for supercapacitors due to their attractive properties such as good electrical conductivity, high surface area and a suitable pore size for common electrolytes.
