Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) has been widely used for various types of fuel and oil hoses,and seals due to excellent fuel and oil resistance originated from its polar functionality of acrylonitrile.Generally,NBR makes an incompatible blend when it is mixed with other typical rubbers,i.e.,natural rubber (NR),styrene-butadiene copolymer (SBR),and polybutadiene rubber (BR),etc.,for a sake of improving the mechanical strength and the cost reduction.
