摘要

Raman-photocurrent imaging is introduced to understand the contribution of aggregated and unaggregated species to photocurrent generation in P3HT/PCBM solar cells. Generally, photocurrent increases with aggregation of polymer chains due to improvement of carrier mobility, however, complete phase separation of P3HT and fullerene- ich domains leads lower current due to inefficient charge generation. Overall, this new approach provides a deeper insight into the role of ocal structure on photocurrent generation that can be applied to a diverse number of promising materials for efficient light-energy conversion.
