Property Modulation of Poly(phenylene sulfide) Film by Addition of PA66 and PET

摘要

Poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) shows excellent chemical resistance,thermal stability,dimensional stability,high modulus,and fatigue resistance and is not dissolved in any solvents below 200 癈. For these reasons,it has been increasingly applied when high temperature and chemical resistance is required,as well as to electrical,electronic and automobile parts. However,its high cost,brittleness,and low elongation at break have reduced its application in general engineering plastics.
