Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are excellent fillers in the article of composites, because they have many features like high aspect ratio, small size and physical properties. And a wide range of industry, Nylon 6 is used in engineering plastics products. One of various methods to polymerize Nylon 6 is an anionic polymerization of ε-caprolactam (ε-CL). And reactive extruder refers to the performance of chemical reactions during extrusion processing of polymers. In this study, we have experimented on Nylon 6/CNTs composites with reactive extruder for having a high CNTs content.
