The reconstruction of international finance system in virtual finance timed

摘要

In this paper, it is discussed that the formation of the world finance system under the circumstances of the virtual time. And it gives 3 models of the system in different stages. Finally it gives some discussions on the reconstruction of the system, especially on some rules of the systems.
