Complex methodological approach to study into the kinetics and mechanism of growth of fine metal/metal alloy powders under the evaporation/condensation process have been offered. Capabilities of the methodology proposed have been proved at the example of copper, tin, and Cu-Sn alloy nanoparticle growth study.
