Based on the analysis of Shanxi hydraulic energy potentiality and electric power status, sustainable development schemes in the coming three level years about Shanxi province are discussed in the paper, water resources sustainable development stratagy adapting to Shanbei district, Guanzhong district and Shannan district are put forward, which establish the bases for the implement of the western developing in Shaanxi province and supply decision making reference to related branches.
