THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STEADY GRAIN BASE AND ABILITEES FOR SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHEAST CHINA

摘要

This article looks at a case study in Northeast, one of the most important grain bases in China. The position and effect of agriculture, especially the grain production in Northeast in China were reviewed, the handicap factors, which limited sustainable agricultural development, were analyzed, and the construction of a steady grain base and abilities for sustainable agricultural development in Northeast of China should do as following: Increase agricultural investment, intensify the agricultural technology integration and establish the steady grain base for market purpose; perfect the macro administrative system of grain production; adjust the agricultural structure and optimize the resource utilization; establish the insuring system for agricultural industrialization; encourage and incite the participation of farmers in sustainable agricultural development.
