This paper studied the EAG (electroantennograms)response to ten host plant volatile components ,two sex pheromone components and interaction of both in Helicoverpa armigera. The results showed that EAG response of female and male to ten volatile components were significantly different (P<0.05), Interaction of plant volatile and sex pheromone could make male higher EAG response (P<0.05) and four plant volatile could synergy the male EAG response to sex pheromone, that were Heptanal, I-Hexenol, Z-3-Hexenol and E-2-Hexenal. Interaction of plant volatile and sex pheromone could synergy the application effect of sex pheromone. The EAG response of male that reared different temperature and photoperiod to interaction of plant volatile and sex pheromone were significantly different (P<0.05).
