Special attention is paid on cell implantation as a therapeutic strategy for repair of a tissue defect or organ regeneration in past years.For example,the treatment of cartilage injury exploits a possibility of using supports consisting of chondrocyte cultured on suitable scaffolds produced from biodegradable or resorbable materials.
