摘要

The overview of numerous airborne experiments that include spectral measurements of solar short-wave radiation and taking atmospheric aerosols samples is undertaken in clear and cloudy skies. These experiments were accomplished in the Leningrad (now St.Petersburg) University during 1972-1985. Different kinds of aerosols are studied in different geographic regions. Results indicate a strong absorption of solar short-wave radiation, which is attributed to the atmospheric aerosols.
