COMPONENT BASED DVB-J APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT IN MHP BASED digi-TV

摘要

Digital, Interactive TV (short digi-TV) is going to be realized in the next few years and will be based on Java as programming language. The logical consequence is to converge the paradigm of component-based frameworks with the world of digi-TV, which provides rapid application development, reusable building blocks, and emphasizes content driven applications. This research paper reviews how a component framework based on JavaBeans enhances digi-TV application development, their life cycle, and describes a generic, reusable MHP reference framework.
