摘要

In this paper, a method of recycle and utilization of waste heat from burning elemental phosphorus in preparing phosphoric acid is proposed. A device for recycle of waste heat is installed in phosphoric burner. By using this device, a lot of heat released by the spontaneous combustion of elemental phosphorus can be recycled to produce steam-gas with pressure of 8 kg/cm~2, which can melt the elemental phosphorus from solid state to liquid state. As a result, the steamboiler and recycle system of cooling water left out both. The thermal energy released in preparing phosphorus acid is recycled and utilized effectively. Therefore, the sources of energy and resources of coal are both saved, heat pollution is avoided, and the production cost of phosphoric acid is decreased. The basic principle and method for recycle of the waste heat in phosphoric burner are presented in detail.
