摘要

on the basis of analyzing difficulties coal-fired boiler faced when load and coal varies frequently, a quasi-constant-temperature combustion device based on movable multilayer heat-insulate microporous ceramic board is put forward, then its structure, layout in furnace and some tested & computed results are introduced. The results prove that heat-insulate device can keep a higher flue gas temperature around burner zone for stablizing combustion and that movable parts of the device can work safely in furnace.
