A New STDMS that Based on ANNs

It was know that the submarine is the most effective strength in navy. The existing submarine tactical decision-making systems (STDMS) are inefficient in making submarine tactical decision for the using of the latest technologies. According to the comparability between brain reaction and submarine tactical decision-making, the authors introduce a new STDMS, which is based on Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). This new STDMS was trained and tested right. And the authors got the conclusion that it could make the best of ANNs' trains and provide submarine's commander correct aid tactical decision project.
