摘要

Vehicle Location & Navigation is the key technology in Intelligent Transport System (ITS). In this paper GPS and GLONASS are combined into GNSS system through advanced integrated navigation technologies. By doing so we can increases the number of visible satellites and improves the geometrical location allocation. Every several superiority of GPS and GLONASS can be put into effect and relatively complemented. The reliability and precision of the system can be enhanced. GNSS/INU/DMAP system is created by using GNSS, Dead Reckoning system(DRS) and precise map matching. Data of the position are transmitted through GSM. The system combines satellite navigation, inertial navigation, wireless communication technologies. The advantages such as all-direction, 24 hours standby, non-shadowed characteristics, high precision are demonstrated by trial run experiment. This integrated navigation and location technology can be applied in ITS, It can realize the automation and intelligence of transport management and vehicle driving. It has great practical value and wide prospect.
