Traditionally, molasses-based products have been an integral part of rations for horses. "Sweet feed" is preferred by many horse owners simply because it looks and smells like horse feed. Liquid molasses blends for application to horse feed productswill continue to be an important part of the liquid feed industry, especially in geographical areas where horses are more concentrated and economically important.
