LIQUID FEED USE IN CANADA

摘要

In many ways, the Canadian experience in using liquid feeds parallels that of the United States. Liquid feeding of livestock has continued to increase since its introduction during the 1960s and today supplies supplementation to a significant sector of the Canadian livestock industry. However due to our markets and herd sizes, we also see some distinct differences from the U.S. example. In this paper, the Canadian perspective on the use and markets for liquid feeds will be reviewed.
