Implementing Liquid Ingredients in a Feedmill

In the traditional feedmill, the bulk of ingredients and additives are dry and granular. In number of ingredients as well as weighted proportion, this industry is a dry material handling industry. However, there are many ingredients and additives thatare available as liquids. These tend to be smaller in number and smaller in proportion. The most common liquid ingredients and additives found today are molasses, fats and oils, amino acids, mold inhibitors, anti-oxidants and grain conditioners. Less commonly used, but showing more acceptance are flavors, vitamins and enzymes.
