In the paper the autonomous agent that can be used for control dynamic systems is described. The paper presents the conception of autonomous agent as a cybernetic model of an autonomous system. It is based on psychological and biological phenomena that may be observed in living organisms. The autonomous system is characterised by robust and reliable self-adaptation to the environment without external supervision or control. In the article a model of an autonomous agent (1) based on the theory of the autonomous system is presented.
