In view of making best utilization of information got from observational data, a new multi-time levels (p>3) difference scheme is suggested, some mathematical characters of the scheme are argued. The results of some examples show computational accuracy of advection equation and nonlinear advection equation by use of the difference scheme are higher than that with leapfrog scheme. The scheme will be able to apply metorology, oceanography, hydrology, environment and economy etc. where Normandy systematic observations have been made.
