DISCUSSION ON CURRENT PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM OF HIGH RISE BUILDING IN CHINA

摘要

This paper analyzes the current problems caused by unreasonable design with the practical engineering of high office building in China as examples. These problems include: Energy consumption of air-conditioning system is too high. The running cost becomes excessive. The initial cost for air-conditioning systems which are designed by oversea firms, is obviously larger than that of the traditional system. Uncontrollable thermal environment in interior zone area in winter. Imbalance of air system. Difficult adjustment for VAV system. To solve these problems, the paper presents its solutions.
