An effective way of overcoming the difficulties encountered during the conversion of research is to set up effective relationships between industry and academia. The main reason that difficulties are encountered during research efforts is there exists a great gap between research results of colleges and the expectations of enterprises. Both the enterprises and colleges may obtain benefits from the combining of industrial and academic research. In order to establish an effective cooperative relationship between enterprises and universities, each must recognize the other's efforts and utilize financial support from the government and a reasonable policy.
