摘要

The average drift of about 0.3 μV per year of the precise inversion and vibration-proof standard cells which are put in the portable model BDK enclosure have been developed. The results of the comparisons of the standard cells among the NIM, SISIR of SIGAPORE and SCL of HONG KONG proved that the stability of the standard cells is very good. The standard cells purchased by CENAM of MEXICO have been used as the voltage standard. The standard cells can be used as the voltage reference of the National Metrology Institutes and the transfer voltage reference between the Josephson Junction Array Voltage Standards (JJAVS).
