The solution to a universal, low cost toll/electronic cv credentials tag

摘要

Electronic Toll and Transportation Management (ETTM) Tag Standards have evolved to the latest Digital Short Range Communication Standards sponsored by ISO204 and IEEE SCC-32 and ASTM. The published standards have flaws, which prevent seamless deployment across multiple applications on a national basis. These flaws still require the user to purchase multiple tags to operate vehicles over a side area. This paper presents a new DSRC design that can be universally deployed on a national and international basis and complies with a multitude of DSRC applications needs.
