It is well known that a conventional automotive powertrain is defined, for instance, as the part of the super-smart vehicle (SSV) connecting the automotive engine to propeller or driven axle. It may include drive shaft, clutch, transmission, and differential gear. Currently, powertrains with the continuously variable transmission (CVT) are the expectation of every gradual automotive scientists and engineers since a long time and very many efforts have been made to present those. A generation change in automotive powertrains is taking place in the entire world. The paper is focusing on main innovations and trends for drive-by-wire (DBW) all-wheel-driveable (AWD) propulsion as well as brake-by-wire (BBW) all-wheel-brakeable (AWB) dispulsion control systems and magneto-rheo-logical fluid (MRF) mechatronic translational-motion-to-rotary-motion (TM-RM) & rotary-motion-to-rotary-motion (RM-RM) commutator prime mover, so-called the Fijalkowski engine.
