Structure strengthened by fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), particularly by carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) is the new area and one of focus in the world civil engineering research. In this paper some of results will be introduced, such as the proposal design stress level of CFRP, the cooperative action between reinforcement and CFRP, the behaviors of reinforcement at post-yield in a strengthened beam, etc. Some of them have not definitive conclusion or have not involved by other researchers.
